For those participants who have been notified of their selection to attend the conference, please do not book a room on-line.
For those participants who have been notified that their travel will be funded by SFI, we will contact you directly to coordinate the hotel reservation.
For those participants whose travel will not be funded by SFI, you will need to make your own hotel arrangements. To reserve a room at the Hotel Sofitel, please complete the reservation form (Acrobat, 32KB) MS Word, 136KB) and either fax or email this form to:

Please remember to mention Safe Food International to ensure that the proper room rate is applied and for inclusion in the block of rooms set aside for conference participants.
If participants whose travel will not be funded by SFI choose to reserve accommodations elsewhere, please notify us so that we may release the room currently being held for each participant at the Hotel Sofitel.
